Can't really help with any information, other than I decided the set was late 1940s early 1950s from the childrens clothes.

It has 24 cubes, 7 other blocks, 8 wheels and about 100 poles of different sizes.
No instructions with mine.
I bought it in a charity shop in Perth, Scotland about 4/5 years ago for £4.
If you do find out any more, please let me know.

Just picked up No 23. 6 cubes, 2 flat blocks, 2 wheels and 10 rods for £1.99 in a charity shop in Herefordshire.
